The service door key is inside the property, next to the service door. Always take it with you, as in the event of a malfunction with the main elevator, it will be your only means of access to the property. You are responsible for this key, and loss will incur a replacement fee of R$20.00.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If smoke odor or signs of smoking are detected, an additional cleaning and sanitization fee will be charged.

Comfort and Linen Included
To ensure a comfortable stay, the property provides a welcome kit carefully prepared for your arrival, including shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Each guest will receive one bath towel, as well as a hand towel and a bathroom mat provided for each bathroom in the apartment. Two rolls of toilet paper are also included as an initial courtesy.
For sleeping arrangements, each guest will have a bed, sofa bed, or mattress, according to the property's configuration, always with a complete set of bed linen, a blanket, and one pillow per guest.
Additional items, such as extra towels, extra bed linen, or replacements during your stay, are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
