PEDRA DO TELÉGRAFO

A trilha mais famosa do Rio de Janeiro, conheça as praias secretas da Barra da Tijuca, saiba tudo sobre a trilha da Pedra do Telégrafo.

A Pedra do Telégrafo fica localizada no Parque Estadual da Pedra Branca em Barra de Guaratiba, à 354 metros de altitude no Morro de Guaratiba, onde durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial abrigava instalações militares para interceptar submarinos alemães, afim de proteger os navios brasileiros de possíveis ataques, e com o passar do tempo o local ganhou o nome de Telégrafo.

Curiosamente o nome da famosa pedra onde são registradas as fotos de tirar o fôlego se chama Pedra da Bigorna, localizada no topo da trilha da Pedra do Telégrafo.

Em nosso roteiro iniciamos a trilha no sopé do morro de Guaratiba, com guia especializado. No retorno passamos pelas praias da Barra da Tijuca e as praias secretas do Rio.

POLÍTICAS E REGULAMENTO PARA PASSEIOS

FEES:

Arraial do Cabo has a boarding fee at the pier and a transportation fee to the pier.

Búzios has a boarding fee at the pier.

Angra has an entrance fee.

The favela tour has a fee set by the Rocinha Residents' Association.

BAD WEATHER: We do not cancel tours due to bad weather or rain that makes travel impossible.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION:

The voucher becomes valid upon receipt of proof of payment.

Our terms and conditions, which are either sent or delivered as an attachment, are included with the voucher.

The customer is purchasing a regular, daily group service.

Each client is required to show photo identification if requested by inspectors during the tour (a copy of an identity card or passport is permitted).

We are not responsible for outsourced services from suppliers not contracted operator.

The customer must negotiate the provision and delivery of the service directly.

On days with commitments such as flights, meetings, and the like, we do not recommend certain activities that may compromise your schedule. Please check to see if we can respond in a timely manner.

You must inform us at the time of booking if there are other people purchasing the same tour and they wish to travel together on the same transport.

1.1 BOARDING AND DISEMBARKING:

Always wait for the guide at the clearly indicated location.

Please arrive at the boarding area 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays.

Delays may occur due to third-party factors and traffic conditions.

On the return trip, the guide and driver are instructed to stop only at locations they deem safe for disembarkation.

1.2 CHILDREN:

Children who do not pay must travel on a lap.

CITY TOURS:

0 to 2 years old — Free on lap. 3 to 4 years old — Pay half the ticket price at Sugarloaf Mountain directly at the ticket office and sit on lap.

5 to 10 YEARS OLD — Pay 50% and are entitled to a seat.

BEACH TOURS:

0 to 5 years old — Free on lap.

6 to 10 YEARS OLD — Pay 50% and are entitled to a seat.

2. PROGRAM:

The script may be altered and the duration adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes to the schedule or other arrangements made by operator tour will be announced through our communication channels.

During peak season or major events, the city of Rio de Janeiro becomes extremely crowded. This can affect the time it takes to visit tourist attractions, potentially resulting in queues and waiting times.

There may be delays due to traffic and road problems, higher than normal traffic at visiting points and at connecting locations within our schedule.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

We always recommend taking your belongings with you when leaving the vehicle at any time during the tour. We are not responsible for items or belongings left behind inside the vehicles.

During the tour and at its attractions, it is the client's responsibility to be at the location and time agreed upon with the guide so as not to delay or inconvenience the group. After the agreed-upon time, the guide is authorized to proceed with the itinerary.

At the end of the tour, the client has a 15-minute grace period to be at the agreed location and time. After that, the guide is authorized to continue the tour.

The client is entirely responsible for the return trip costs if they are not responsible for them.

Tours outside of Rio de Janeiro are often delayed due to customer delays. Please adhere to the schedule indicated on your voucher.

Go to an ATM or exchange currency in advance if paying in cash.

The client must follow group conduct rules during the tour, especially inside the bus, as instructed by our guides.

According to Law No. 6626 of December 12, 2013, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in vehicles is prohibited. Please do not insist.

IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT MEET THE BEC ITEMS OF THIS CLAUSE, IT IS CONSIDERED ABANDONMENT OR WITHDRAWAL.

4. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY:

Our guides are instructed to act appropriately to preserve the tranquility and rights of the group.

Any type of vehicle used in our program may experience mechanical problems, potentially leading to its breakdown. In this case, the company will perform the necessary maintenance or even replace the vehicle, requiring sufficient time to complete the service.

5. CANCELLATION:

5.1 — Customers who make a purchase are subject to cancellation and return according to the Consumer Protection Code, Article 49. The consumer may cancel the contract within 7 days from the date of its signature or the act of receiving the product or service, whenever the contracting of the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone, e-commerce or at home. Sole paragraph. Provided that the purchase is made within 48 hours prior to the boarding time stated on the voucher.

5.2 - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered NO-SHOW , with a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid.

We do not cancel scheduled tours due to bad weather, cloudy or rainy days.

If operator cancels your service, the full amount of the contracted service will be refunded.

In case of a return, administrative fees will be deducted according to the payment method used.

6. RESCHEDULING:

The tour can only be rescheduled once, and a 30% fee may be charged according to our rules.

If the prices of the services provided have been adjusted between the high and low seasons, the client must pay the difference for the service, which will be disclosed during the negotiation.

7. NO SHOW:

Failure to appear, cancellation within 24 hours, or attendance by fewer people than reserved will be considered a "no-show," with a 100% penalty, meaning no refund will be given.

8. TRANSFER OF THE RESERVATION HOLDER:

The reservation holder may transfer or assign the right to use the services to third parties, provided authorization is sent via email.
