To ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

Important: If the required documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to arrange access to the property. In this situation, guests may be unable to check in on the day of arrival and will need to wait until the process is completed.

The reception is not authorized to store guests’ luggage. However, if you wish, you can leave your bags with me. Please contact me for more information.

No noise is allowed after 10 PM (Quiet Hours Law).

The guest must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of everyone staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people allowed in the booking. People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.

Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of them in different trash bags.

Please use the service entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing swimwear.

Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to ensure early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen changes can be requested at an additional cost. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged.

Personal hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and will not be replenished.

All guests must send their identification at least 24 hours before arrival.
