Party Prohibition:
Parties, events or meetings with multiple guests are not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in penalties and possible immediate eviction without refund.
Occupancy Limit:
The maximum number of occupants allowed in the apartment is 4 people. Any breach of this limit will be treated as a breach of contract.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this period, any type of excessive noise that could disturb neighbors should be avoided, including loud music, loud conversations or noise from household appliances.
Visits:
Visits are permitted until 11pm, but the number of visitors cannot exceed 3 people at any time. Visits cannot extend beyond these hours without prior approval.
Use of Common Areas:
The common areas of the building, such as the entrance hall, corridors, swimming pool, gym, etc., must be used in a responsible and respectful manner. Parties or gatherings in these areas are strictly prohibited.
Monitoring and Inspection:
The apartment may be equipped with noise monitoring devices to ensure compliance with silence rules. Any attempt to disable or interfere with these devices will be considered a serious violation.
Penalties:
Any violation of rules regarding parties and excessively noisy behavior will result in a fine of double the total rental amount, and possible additional action, including eviction and liability for any damages caused.
Responsibility:
The main guest is responsible for the behavior of all occupants and visitors to the apartment. Any damage caused to the property or common areas will be charged to the main guest.
Communication with the Owner:
In case of any doubt or need for a temporary exception to the rules, the guest must notify the owner or property manager in advance.
Prior Consent:
For any special event or gathering that may be considered an exception, prior written consent from the property owner or manager must be obtained. Any permission granted must be within the building's coexistence standards and local legislation.
These rules must be clearly communicated to guests before booking and reiterated upon check-in. Implementing a vacation rental agreement that includes these guidelines can help protect the property and ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone.
