From downtown, head for the Cosme Velho and take the Corcovado train - the most expensive way, but also more fun to climb to the Christ.

How to get

By subway: buy the subway integration ticket, go to Largo do Machado station and from there, take the subway bus to Cosme Velho. It will leave you in front of the train station of Corcovado.

By bus: at Praça XV, direction Zona Sul, take lines 422, 498 or 180. Get off in front of São Judas Tadeu Church.
